 We often hear “You’re as young as you feel” or “You’re as young as you think you are!”  Think about it.  How important is our chronological age anyway?  It’s just a marker of time.  Of course we need to take care of ourselves, and we also need to go out there and experience life, to challenge ourselves, to live Life with a capital “L!” -Lissa Coffey
