Out of the mouth of babes

power of slowIt is so thrilling to see the power of slow in action. My daughter, splashing about in the tub for over twenty minutes, responded to my question as to why she had not yet washed her hair with one simple statement (and a swish of her hand).

“Mother,” she said, batting her eyes just so. “I am practicing the power of sloooooow!”

Kids. You gotta love ’em.
