Interested to see your survey and its results so far. I voted that there is no such thing as work life balance – but I am very much in favour of what work life balance is all about. See my article at http://www.workleisure.com/resources/EnergyManagement.html. We cannot hope to balance all the things we have to do daily and weekly. The more realistic approach is work life harmony – getting a harmonious mix of energy-burning and energy-generating interests. It requires making priorities of where to allocate our energies rather than our time.
